OK I've decided to keep playing Galamar. You really didn't think I'd abandon him did you? Anyway after a rather exhaustive introspection of myself and what I want I've decided to turn from my "hippie" ways and lose herbalism in favor of leatherworking. I did this for a few reasons. First, my allergies are killing me and I just can't pick those stupid plants any longer. Secondly, I want to do something different to break up the monotony and actually learn a trade skill. Thirdly I want to be able to craft some nice Tier 3 equivalent mail armor once I max out the skill. In the long run it may be the only way I get my phat purps. The downside to this is that it's going to take quite a bit of time and money to get the skill maxed out. Just this morning I went to the AH to buy some light leather and there wasn't one stinking piece there so I had to run out to Elwynn Forest and slaughter those poor little wolves just to get enough light leather to get started. I think I read that
BRK spent around 2,000 gold to get the skill maxed out. If this is the case then I've got a long way to go. I guess I'll be a farmer and a leather junkie for the foreseeable future. I can just smell the fine Elwynnian leather curing in the sulty Stormwind sun.
